Her expertise spans crisis de-escalation, physical intervention planning, individualized behavior support programming, and therapeutic environments. She has successfully operated and managed group homes across Alberta, implementing trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. With a strong belief in person-centered care, she advocates for dignity, inclusion, and empowerment in every interaction. Her leadership style is collaborative and grounded in empathy, striving to ensure every staff member is equipped, supported, and inspired to deliver exceptional care.

With over 20 years of experience in private investigation, security, fraud prevention, insurance investigation, and claim management, our Vice President brings a multifaceted skill set to the organization. Their background includes working with job placement students, expanding national companies, developing policies and procedures, and supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—particularly those displaying high levels of physical aggression in both youth and adults.
