Play Therapy
Play therapy helps children express feelings, build confidence, and develop healthy coping skills using the language they know best — play. Through activities like art, imagination, and interactive toys, children can safely explore emotions, solve problems, and strengthen relationships.
This approach is ideal for children experiencing anxiety, behavioural challenges, grief, trauma, or big life changes. Our therapists create a supportive space for healing and growth while working closely with caregivers to ensure progress continues at home.
Helping children feel understood, capable, and resilient — one playful step at a time.
Caring relief that supports the whole family.
We provide individualized behavior support that helps clients understand themselves, manage challenges, and build important life and social skills. Our team uses evidence-informed strategies to promote positive behaviors, resilience, and autonomy.
This includes:
Personalized behavior support plans
Functional behavior assessments
Life skills and social skills coaching
Communication, emotional regulation, and daily routine building
